The legacy of A. F. Jones dates back to the 20th of June 1912 when Arthur Fredrick, the pioneer of Jones mastered the hidden art of tea and was inspired to launch his own tea company. As a result, A.F Jones was launched in Colombo the capital of Sri Lanka, by fulfilling one of his most cherished dreams. Sri Lanka received independence from the British in 1948 our founder and his family 1967 decided to return to Great Britain. This opened doors for the acquisition of the Company by the Maharaja Organization Limited and thus heralded the birth of A.F. Jones Exporters. We are a company geared toward the latest technology and all products are manufactured under stringent quality assurance controls in compliance with International Food Safety Standards.
